We make exchanges within 30 days after receiving the product.

Is the product defective?

We will make the exchange for the same or similar (according to availability) OR purchase voucher OR money back. The return and reshipment freight is up to us.

Didn't like the product?

Smoothly! We will effect the exchange. Return and reshipment freight is at the customer's expense.

We remind you that also within a period of 30 days, the customer must send the product without signs of use and choose another one for the exchange to be carried out. Before completing the exchange process, the item that arrives at the company will go through a quality process that can take up to 3 business days. After the procedure, the exchange will continue. If our team identifies that the product does not meet the necessary criteria for exchange / return mentioned here, the company is exempted from accepting the return or making the exchange, and the product may be returned to the customer.

Obs. According to Art.49 of the CDC the consumer can withdraw from the purchase within 7 days from the receipt of the product, for online purchases.
